Terms of sale (CGV)
The Conditions Générales de Vente in force: who we sell to, how a contract forms, VAT treatment by buyer country, delivery, the licence summary, and the update commitments. Business customers only.

The licence delivered inside every pack: scope bands (Solo / Team / Firm / Group), machine-integration rights at Group, the optional advisory-use rider, and the renewal self-certification.
What the licence will not do: no DRM, no telemetry, no usage tracking. Enforcement is contractual, not technical.
Privacy
Privacy
Already in force, and short by design:
- No accounts, no cookies, no tracking pixels. Analytics is Plausible (EU-hosted, cookieless, aggregate only).
- Buying: your checkout details (email, company, VAT ID, billing address) are processed by Stripe as our payment and invoicing provider, and used to deliver your order and meet our accounting obligations.
- Preview: your email and stated role are used to send the preview and a short follow-up sequence; unsubscribe anytime.
- Language and theme choice: stored in your browser's localStorage only — they never reach a server.
- Your documents never touch Citenda's systems when you use a pack. Two of the three install paths keep everything inside your perimeter; the third (Cowork) sends your prompts and attached files to Anthropic's cloud, and we say so on the page where you choose.

Attribution & disclaimers
The attribution and reuse conditions for every source in the corpus ship inside each pack as ATTRIBUTION.md, generated from the same perimeter file the pack is built from (CGV §8). What is licensed is our conversion, structuring, indexing and documentation work — never the regulatory texts themselves, which are public.
Only the Official Journal of the European Union is authentic. Citenda packs are engineered consolidations built for reliable retrieval and citation, not legal advice; verify against the OJ before relying on a text in a legal context.
